I went and saw Jenny Owen Youngs this past Saturday up at Schubas Tavern up in Chicago. Awesome little venue, someplace that I definitely want to return to for another show.

The canal boat that has been in the works for La Salle, IL finally arrived today. Â The boat arrived at the park on a tractor-trailer and was picked up and lowered into the canal with a crane.
The vessel is named The Volunteer and will begin taking patrons on an approximately hour long cruse on the I&M Canal beginning at the end of the month.
